Hanne was introduced to yoga while studying dance in New York in the late 90’s and after she travelled to India and continued to deepen her yogapractise there annually. She has been teaching yoga over 20 years to a wide range of students at various levels including top athletes and seniors.
She is also a certified  pilates instructor and adapts the principles of pilates -control,concentration,core and breath followed by precision and flow in all her teaching emphasizing the importance of individuality and rehabilitation by movement and deepening the knowledge of the body’s anatomical functioning while nurturing the presence of mind/body connection and stability.

Later Hanne got into learning the art of handstands from professional circus performers and she is travelling and teaching handstand and corestrenght workshops as well. She continues to study anatomy and dance and ballet in New York and Helsinki and is an avid biker and ocean swimmer year-round
